Be Authentic

You have to present yourself as authentic in order to get people to trust you. This means that you should be sincere and honest in your dealings with customers. Maintain a professional tone but be friendly and approachable in your interactions. Post humorous and funny content on social media. Be human by showing sneak peeks into your back office.

Stand for Something

Finally, make sure that you stand for something. Having values and ethics that you adhere to and care about will give you a good reputation. One idea is helping out local charities.
